ORDER ALWAYS INCORRECT OR ITEM NOT DELIVERED

I a client of Nandos Park town north, not only once but this is the 5th time I place order and an item is missing.
I am placing complaint as its not the first time and I am very upset.

Today I placed order and a kiddies meal was part of the order, the chips were left out?
How does the kitchen stuff pack just a burger and not the chip???
