Ad service and bad attitude

We went to panarottis klerksdrop in the city mall Saturday night when we arrived their we were seated and ordered our drinks we waited about 20 minutes for drinks and our food order to be taken and order the food and another round of drinks waited 45 minutes for drinks and food which we saw standing on the counter 10minutes after we ordered the waiter was no where to be seen eventually my sisters husband went to request to speak to the manager and he never came to our table as he was no where to be seen and then waiter came with cold food which was horrible as-well as cold coffees. we had no choice but to eat and drink the horrible food and drinks as my sisters area lights were out so we couldn't cook and from what i had seen we weren't the only people to have received such service or who waited so long. this is the worst service and attitude i received from a panarottis
