Saddles Pinehurst - What a disappointment

My Parents and I decided to go Saddles Pinehurst dinner. Terrible from the start. Waiter could not tell us of any specials and could not even sell or promote what was already on the menu. My expectations of any restaurant is that one would expect a cosy ambiance, Food is served in a reasonable time being not longer than 20min form when it was ordered unless a dish is ordered where additional prep time is required. I waited over an hour. Price is not so much of a concern for me as long as the service is good and I get what i ask for. Drinks took over ten minutes to get to us. Oh but it gets better, our order takes over 45 minutes My halloumi cheese starter which should not take longer than 10 minutes, did not even reach me. Main course took way to long. After 45mins of waiting, the food arrives. The plate is cold, the food is COLD, my prawns, not well cooked either. In short just a few concerns :
Filthy half built toilets, Laughable playing area, very unsafe - Huge holes on some of the obstacles, Incompetent waiters, Incompetent Managers - Questioning Waitrons in front of clients, Not sufficient cutlery, Poor food. The Manager on duty Marcelle, not once came to our table.
