Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Wait 50 minutes to be served cold food

On sunday 01/09/2013 me and my fiance decided to go for lunch to panarottis. BIGGEST MISTAKE ever.
Upon arrival we asked for a table for 3, as we where expecting someone to join us. We where just "dumped" at a table and was not told anything nor was a drinks order taken. About 10 minutes later a waiter approached us asd took a drinks order. He did not introduce himself so I can not name and shame this person. When our drinks finally arrived he took our order. I ordered pasta with Carne sauce, and my fiance ordered a chicken and mushroom sub. (The add should actually say "mushroom Sub" as there was hardly any chicken on it". The order was CLEARLY given that there should be NO tomato sauce, paste or anything tomato on I. We also ordered a Pizza. We waited for more than 50 minutes for the food to be braught to the table. When the waiter finally decided to grace us with his presence the food was cold. The sub had tomato paste, or whatever it is called on, and the pizza crust was so hard I wanted to ask for a hammer and chissel. We did not send it back aswe where not willing to wait another 50 minutes. Then the waiter still has the odasity to ask for a tip... Absolutely pathetic. Never agai
