What an inconvenience to have to drive home only to find that all your ordered items are not in the packet yet you have been charged for it. Then you have to drive back to the store to collect the items and when you do collect them it is raw inside! Who pays you for your time and petrol? It's pathetic and I'm sure lots of people can back me up on this! Do something about the horrible service
