Shocking KFC experience!

Going on holiday we stopped at the KFC in Hermanus (the Drive through at the petrol garage). I had three toddlers and our dog in the car and was towing a trailer - hence very definitely going with the drive through option. We placed our order and went to the window to collect the food only to be told that we couldn't pay there but had to come inside the shop to pay. I was obviously annoyed at this as there had been no signs saying that and nothing mentioned when I placed the order etc and there were long lines of people inside waiting to be served. Anyway, after getting it all sorted and getting back on the road again, I found that we had been charged for everything but one large chips was not in the packet! I didn't bother going back but to top it all off we all had diarrhoea for the next 24 hours... Thanks KFC for a shocking experience and a poor start to the holiday!
