Sale Items never available

I have been on numerous occasions to this Branch and when the sale papers are out they never seem to have some of the items on sale. We as customers must spend R100 petrol everytime we must visit the store to only find out that the Store have not received stock, before and after the sale has finish. We then must fill in their forms to be notified when the items ate attainable from the store. We have to wait for the items which can take some time to get to us, while some of the items we need immediately.

Surely your management isnt doing something right as this store seems to be like a Spaza shop or a lucky packet because you are going to be very lucky to get what you want the first time round.

If you guys cant supply your Branches with stock on time of the sale, dont advertise the Items.
