Home Mark Sell used & Depleted products

I purchased a few items from the Fourways Home mark store, one of these items was their TV advertised leather repair kit. The sales lady in store tried to sell me an open kit, where I specifically had to ask her to make sure she gave me a sealed box. Upon returning home, Not only did I find she had packed an open box, but the contents had already been used and depleted.

I complained to homemark retail customer service division ( [Email Removed] stating my dissatisfaction in having specifically told them not to give me an open box, and that the inconvenience for me to have to go replace this kit was not worth the time or money as it would cost me more to replace the kit than it cost me to purchase it it the first place. After not hearing back from them, I eventually wasted a half a day to drive out to their store to get the kit replaced, with no hint of compensation, apology, or anything for my time and money that they wasted.

I am still to this day waiting for a response them on how they wish to compensate me for my time, petrol, and inconvenience thanks to their error, over 1 month after I sent a complaint to them, I still have no response
