Very bad service on a Sunday evening

They were preparing a table for us (7 frequent guests) and who I think was the manager rushed past us and said "your table is ready"(ATTITUDE) and we had to make our own way there! About 10min later a very flustered waitress came to take our order, when she realised she had not brought us any menus! She then of course brought 6! She came back a while later, but we weren't ready. We were only able to place our order 20min later as she was assisting walk-ins at the front counter! We asked for glasses for water because there weren't any available to use, which the waitress didn't realise until we pointed it out. 10min later the waitress came back, no glass in hand, to tell one of my friends they did not have chicken to make the chicken burger he ordered. He then agreed to a croissant. When the food arrived my friend was given 2 tiny little croissants and only received an explanation after looking confused. The waitress said to him "you did order that right? Oh we ran out of big croissants". DISGUSTING! Even the small croissants we ordered were smaller than usual. Not everyone got a biscuit with their coffees and there was not enough cutlery on the table. Worst experience ever!
