Mugg And Bean
Terrible service again

I visited the mugg and bean on easter monday and ordered 2 coffees with a croisant> we waited quite long for our items considering that we had only ordered coffees however it was also noted that the when the waitress brought the croissants that it was looking very unpleasant> [i have photos to this effect]. she had brought 2 and when i asked her why she said that the manager said that because it is small they offered me 2. I then told the waitress to wait for me to have it tasted. It was like rubber and i could not even cut it. Hugely disappointed because this is the second time that i have been to that branch and recived this pathetic service. going out is costly enough and it is expected that when we do that the delivery is good. It is clear that i will NEVER be visiting Mugg and Bean ever again.
