We placed an order and was told it will take 8-9 minutes. Half an hour later we were still waiting for our food. This by the way was only for a table of 2. I then called customer services to lay a complaint. 5mins later the store manageress called and said she will come and take our slip right away. 10 mins later a waitress brought our food. We sent back the corn because it was burnt and didn receive a replacement. We ordered mash but didn't even receive a spoon for it. I had to feed my baby the mash with a fork. The chicken was dry and we did not receive drinking glasses. The cutlery was received after the meals were already brought to our table which tells u how long it took for a waitress to acknowledge we even seated there. We were there for a long time but not once after receiving our meal did a waitress or manager come to see if all was ok. We even had some left over food to take away but left it behind coz no one acknowledged us. Even customer care did not get back to us to see if the problem had been resolved. Does the value of service offered based on how much you spend!!! People who came in after us in bigger groups got served before us
