Some people arent just meant to work with clients

I went to buy my 7 year kid her favourite meal at macdonalds drive tru pretoria north branch. besides her loving the meal she insists on going to mcdonalds lately because of the current monolopy competition they are running, she has won a couple of free drinks from the coupons she gets when buying a qualifying meal. on this day when i told the cashier that she forgot to give me the compertion coupon. she started looking at me as if i was taliking rubish or about something she didint know. her answer thereafter was we are out of stock and why didnt you read the sign we before ordering or do you want your money back, i asked which sign and she told me a sign on the menu board.saying coupon out of stock. well i went aand check this sign. the sign was there but at the botttom of the menu board. for some one who knew what they want to order i didnt look at the board there was no way i would have seen it specialy where it was placed. my child ask if we can come back for the coupon when they are available, she said you should have read the sign and there is nothing she can do. and again meantioned do you want your money back or not. i mean how can you say that to a seven year old child.
