Sign A Rama
POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE WITH CLIENTS

Contacted Sign A Rama KZN on 31 Oct 2013 for a quote to have a sign made for my house. Street number and name. I spoke to Cheryl and explained what i wanted. Gave her the size of the board etc. Received the quote the same day. Accepted and paid the full amount! When I went to collect, they came out with a box full of letters that were cut out from a sheet. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! This was on Tuesday 12 Nov 2013. Cheryl then undertook to have the correct sign made and personally deliver it to my home on Friday the 15th of Nov 2013. Needless to say, no sign arrived and when I contacted her on 21 Nov, the sign had not even been made yet. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. Cheryl was rude and put the phone down in my ear. I requested the owner/manger to contact me - Brandon. He promised to do the refund on Thursday the 21st. I am still waiting for proof of payment or for the money to reflect in my account. The service from Sign A Rama is poor and unprofessional and the way that Cheryl treats the clients is disgusting to say the least.
