False advertising and not getting back to you

They had an advertisement running that if you sign your child up for V-Club in October you get a free bag, they had pamplets all over the show. I have done that but yet received the bag!!! I have contacted them numerous time, went in to the branch as per the consultants request (sharief) but no bag... I think this is false advertising to get people to sign on then no delivery. I want the bag or the money to be paid for me of the cost of it. Secondly i had so much issues with my son;s card had to sign it for 4 times before his card was activated. disgusting i hope this better get resloved urgently . else im cancelling this contract.
