Manager not helpful

I had a coupon from the one competition that was run for a free ice-cream. When the branch opened I dealt with a lady that isn't there anymore and said they were out of ice-cream. When I went on Sunday they said my coupon had expired. I had already given my money for 3 other ice creams and explained to the manager that if they couldn't assist me to rather leave the order. They took my money and told me to go to the next window in the drive through. Their the manager said she can't give my money as they had given the ice-creams. I preceded to phone the number on the receipt and no answer. I did this twice and then left it. This is shocking service!
