Poor Chicken Service

I bought my meal at Promenade KFC, I waited almost an hour for my food. They have the new service but the staff does not follow the procedure or most of the orders were wrong. So basically you see your meal was ready but the orders were all wrong and it was a major delay, people complaining and wanted their money back.
The service were very poor and you did even see a manager to apologise.
