Worst service ever experienced

In December 2012, I placed an order for an outdoor signage board for my new business. 6 months later, I still do not have a sign-board. The first representative of "National flag" I dealt with never showed up for our scheduled appointment, and only after repeated phone calls to the "manager" of the company was I referred to their "accounts manageress", who assured me that my order will be filled out and that my sign will be completed within due course. I was asked for a 50% deposit which I promptly paid and confirmed. When the sign board never showed up after I was assured of a delivery, I again called to establish the reason. No-one at their dispatch or delivery department had any knowledge of this order, and when it was finally discovered in a depot somewhere, I was told to collect the 1.8 meter sign-board. I expressed my annoyance and reminded them of their undertaking to deliver. When the sign was eventually delivered, the colours were wrong and it contained spelling errors, which I again reported. I was assured of a corrected replacement sign. Needless to say this never happened, nor was I refunded my deposit, which they undertook, now six months later.
