Can't use Coupon code, their payment system is F!!

I wanted to use my R50 off coupon code (which expires 21 Nov and the product was R699) when in the payment menu. The first 2 times I enter the code and continue to confirm payment, the payment menu resets and I have to log back in. On the 3rd try, I couldn't use the coupon anymore. Messed up system! No warnings or explanations!

I had to order the product without the coupon, since I need it and their response will take ages (as usual)! Now how do I get that R50 back after I had to make the full payment due to their bad system?!
