Poor Service Delivery

On sunday 2013/10/20 at approx 21H00 i went to kfc kuilsriver and bought me some chicken.after i've waited 15 minutes for the chicken the cashier, heather speelman then came and inform me that theres another 15 min xtra waiting time for the chicken.as i was on duty i dn told her that its unacceptable to wait 30 minutes for chicken since ths was a fast food restaurant.she just ignored me and had a dnt care attitude.i thn asked to see the manager.the manager, yvette just lift up her shoulders and said theres nuthng she cud do.dn she told me afta she heard my complaint that if im nt prepared to wait she cn gve my money back thn i cn go n buy food somewhere else.she dn gve my money back and i went n buy me some food at mcdonalds where i received great service wthin a minute.ths was nt the first time i received such bad service at kfc kuilsriver.some of the team members are very unprofesional and the managers arrogant.needles to say that kfc kuilsriver wl neva see me again, their service delivery are pathetic at best.
