Disgusted with the manager!!!

March 2013 I complained of bad service received by Primi Willowbridge. I got a response saying the manager will get back to me. Months went by&i heard nothing from the manager. I then put my complaint on twitter when I finally got a call from abdul the manager a few weeks ago. He told me I should let him know when Im @Primi again&he will organize me "A MEAL ON THE HOUSE". On friday 18/10/2013 we went to Primi, he said he remembered us&when we asked about the meal on the house he said "ya sure u welcome"! At the end of the evening the waiter brings us the bill we then told him about the arrangement made with abdul&asked him to verify it..A lady then came to us&said she had no idea what we talking about as abdul mentioned nothing to her&he left just before closing time.we then asked her to phone him to check, APPARENTLY they have no way of getting ahold of him so we ended up paying for a meal that was suppose to be FREE!! What kind of manager makes a statement&does not follow through, leaves before closing time, doesn't tell his employees about our free meal&doesn't check on his customers? The lady asked for our details to give him so he can sort things out with us 2 days later his still calling
