Raw and strong chicken

I went to hungry lion on the Thursday the 30th of may 2013.I had ordered a one piece chicken, the lady who had helped me asked if I would like the normal or spicy chicken, i said I would like the normal chicken. I had received my chicken and left home, as I got home I opened my chicken ate from it to find that the batter is raw, chicken is strong and theres still blood in the chicken. This is the second time im experiencing this problem, first time I just left it but now im experiencing it again. I have taken a picture of the chicken and still have the receipt I hope they would do something about this because im really disappointed, what a waste of money.
