KFC
This behaviour again!!!

Went to chatsworth center last night to get some food from the kfc there, we were told to wait 20minutes for chicken because the manager did not tell anybody to fry chicken, im shocked because this has happend twice now at this very same store, we overlooked it the first time but this is ridiculous now, we waited more than 20minutes for this chicken to come out, what is this now twice now, is this a new pattern that kfc one of the most recognised chicken outlet brands is adapted, this is unacceptable the we come from work wanting to have supper and then have to wait for a FAST FOOD outlet to tell us wait... my invoice number is chk2573
cashier is cynthia... i left my supper because when im hungry i want to eat!!!
