Served burnt food after a 45 minute wait

I visited the Newscafe Emalahleni for dinner on 28/09/2013. After waiting for more than 45 minutes for my food (Nachos with chicken), I was served burnt Nachos. The chicken strips were literally black! I asked for the manager on duty who merely apologised and asked if I was prepared to wait another half an hour for a new plate to be prepared. I am not sure how food of this nature can be allowed to leave the kitchen. I took pictures to upload on the Newscafe Facebook page, unfortunately Newscafe's page does not allow pictures to be uploaded.
