Kentucky Fried No Chicken

Last night at 20:25 as we were on our way to Stellenbosch, we went to the KFC at Soneike. At the drive-thru we were told the waiting time for chicken is 20min and since we've had the experience that it is never 20min, but always more, we decided to go to the KFC in Stellenbosch.

When arriving at the KFC in Stellenboch we asked beforehand what the waiting time for chicken is, and we were informed it will take 15min. We decided to order and wait patiently. After waiting for 25min and still not receiving our order, and we saw the guy that was 3 customers ahead of also still waiting for almost 30min for his order, we were told that it would take another 20min as they fried too little chicken.

How can you call yourself a fast food restaurant if your customers have to wait 40min for an order??? Yes, we only received our order after 40min, and the manager just didn't seem to be bothered.

Poor service and utterly disappointed in what is supposed to be one of the biggest fast food franchises.
