40MIN wait, NO CHICKEN

We went to the little falls KFC on Wednesday night, where we sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes before getting to the food window.. Where we were told that there were no pieces of chicken other than drumsticks (we do not eat these) and that the zinger burgers still needed to be cooked and we would have to wait a further ten minutes, so we asked for our money back, that was also an issue and we had to fight a further 5 minutes to get it back as we would not wait another minute for our food. We proceeded to McDonald's, where we placed our order, paid and received the correct order in less than 3 minutes.
I feel the service and management at the KFC in little falls is atrocious.
