Poor service and bad attitude by manage

Visited nando's Columbine on Saturday afternoon. Had to wait in queue for 15 minutes but received great service from cashier. Had to then wait another 20 minutes for the food - which when it arrived was incorrect and had to be returned - waited another 10 minutes.

While we were waiting for the food, some of the staff were taking their lunch breaks and were coming out with chicken, while we (the customers) were waiting for our chicken. As this was happening, the queue for orders had grown to 18 people.

When the food did arrive, it was tasty and we enjoyed it. I asked to speak to the manager to complain, but instead of assisting with the customers or coming to see me as I had requested, he sat outside with the staff that were having their lunch.

Eventually I went to him and asked him why there were 15 staff outside and why they were not helping the customers. His responce was that 4 of them were delivery staff and the others were on lunch. I asked for the phone number of the owner (Ahmed) which he gave to me. I told him that i was unhappy - his reply was: "Do what you want, I am not interested". The owner has still not called me back. Does Nandos still need customers?
