Spur Steak Ranches
Pathetic/No Service

On 08/07/2013 we visited the Wyoming Spur on route to L'Agulhas for a "quick" lunch, ordered 2 x Beef Burgers and 2 x Texan blaze burgers, as we finished our soda's my kids started enquiring why the food was taking so long as the only time we saw the waitron after he brought the drinks was to inform us the food will be at the table in 6 minutes. I then noticed 2 ladies sitting a few tables away from us was eating their burgers and got up trying to located the waitron. When he eventually came to the table I made this clear to him that those folk arrived after us but was eating already and we do not even have the kids meals on the table as yet. He then went to "follow up" only to have us wait another 10 minutes. No apology or anything, our plates were plonked down at the table as I was busy on my cellphone logging a complaint on the Spur website. Halfway thru the meal a manager came to inform us that the delay was caused due to miscommunication between kitchen and waitrons?

On 12/07 we decided to stop over again on our way back for breakfast and prior to sitting I informed the waitron I hope the service has improved, saw her when we placed the order, saw her again when I asked bill
