Spur Steak Ranches
Bad Service

My fiance and i went to Spur last night for a quick meal, and we were at from 18:40 pm and being being middle of the month it was not very busy. We ordered some drinks at around 18:45 and then ordered the burger special around 18:55 pm. We waited 45 mins for the food and at 7:45 pm we decided to leave. Upon leaving they walked past the table we sat at and gave the food to 2 ladies who came in 20 minutes before and they got their food. And on the way out i said i want to speak to a manager and they called a "short coloured guy". i told him im prepared to pay for the drinks and he asked if cant he help us. I then said no and he said now just go and not pay for the drinks. Me and my fiance always try and go to spur as often as we can and we have built a good relationship with the people there like the 1 manager (Looks kinda Indian and speaks with a that kind of a accent, tall and thin guy, i think his the manager in the kitchen). No person in their right mind will wait almost a hour for food that is just wrong.
