Evertytime we get bad service

We went to the Spur in the Kolonade centre on 04/05/2013 we got there they took us to our table and waited about 10 min for a waiter to take our drink order, after that we waited more that 10minutes to get our drinks. After we placed our order for 2 breakfasts and 1 cheese burger we waited more that 45minutes before they served it to us. We ordered an extra cheese and garlic sauce for the cheese burger when we got the sauce it was ice cold. My husband had eggshells on both his egg with his breakfast. This was the third time we ate at this Spur and believe me we will NEVER go to this Spur again. We get bad service every time we eat at this Spur. We sent the plate back to the kitchen with the egg shells in, and asked to see the manager so that we can talk to him - the manager never showed up once at our table to apologize for the bad service or the egg shells. How can you run a Spur like this if you do not care about the service or the hygiene of the kitchen that the food goes out correctly.
