Spur Steak Ranches
Poor Service, Poor food

We usualy eat at Spur Montecasino and get good service.
Yesterday, I had some ppl visiting from overseas and brought them to Monte Casino.
We dined at Spur for dinner and must express my disappointment at the service received.
We had to wait about 10 minutes from our drinks order to be taken and about 15 minutes for them to be brought to us (can't remembe the waitresses name and even my Italian guests complained).
When the food came, it was a little cold.
No manager came to our table and asked us how the service was and if the food was good - I am sure there are many managers around but no one came to our table.
This seems to become a norm at Spur, managers donot ask the customers how the service is - do they just not care or do they have more improtant things to do?
I mean, we spent about R800.00 or more on meals - is the above the service we should receive?
Very disappointed and I am not sure if I want to give my patronage to Spur after this incident, I donot even feel the need to speak to anyone at Spur as nothing seems to change!!!
