PATHETIC SERVICE

03/12/13 was one of the worst night I have ever had at a spur. walking to spur, one of the customers leaving spur tell me that their service is pathetic. From the moment I stepped in there, the reception waiter takes me to a table where I don't even want to sit, so I move to a next table, where she throws the menus on the table and walks away.

Then the waiter, Dan, comes to help me, he takes my order, brings me my drinks and the starter I order, full portion buffalo wings... the chips was cold and raw, felt like it just came from the fridge. the manager comes and just says sorry and take the food away.

after that we order our main meal at exactly 20:54. At 21:30 I am still waiting on my food, while meanwhile a bill is placed on my table for stuff I did not even order, so I walk out of the spur. The manager still makes me pay for that buffalo wings and the drinks, with an whatever attitude.

I can assure your, that spur will never see me again. it might as well close its doors if their service is like that. waste of time
