Pathetic service and food standards

Hoping you can assist with my query, I have tried numerous ways to get my complaint across but been totally ignored by KFC. My complaint is against KFC MEERENSEE!!! I received the most horrible service at this kfc meerensee on 3 different occasions:
1. Received incomplete order when I purchased a family treat meal 10 piece received with no chips. I called customer careline and they assured me I would receive feedback between 24 to 48 hours. Its been 8 months have not heard from them.
2. We ordered 15 piece bucket and all chicken pieces were slimy uncooked and still on the inside which caused food poisoning and I ended up in hospital.this complaint was also lodged with customer care yet again no feedback.
3. Went to Kfc meerensee on tuesday 24-09-2013 ordered 21 piece bucket and loaded fries at drive thru at 12 am waited at drive thru till 12.45 am then was asked to wait another 20 minutes as the chicken was not ready. Order was read after 1!!! Loaded fries were old chips seemed like it was 2 or 3 days old!!! Reported this to customer care line was told that I will received feedback within 24 to 48 hours which never happened. I then contacted customer care line
