Bad Setvice' pathetic foof

I purchased a 6 piece family feast at around 7:30 evening. Service was shocking. Took meal home, less than 5 mins away. One box of chips were half full, chips were cold. Chicken was burnt. 6 piece meal with mash & gravy. No spoons, no salt pepper. 2 serviettes.

This is not the first time its happened. Tired of complaining. We pay good money for good food, I expect good food. The last time I was given 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6.
