Check the amount of chicken in the 21piece bucket

On Saturday the 5th of. October I bought a 21 piece bucket and six large chips for my family. When I returned home my wife started to dish up the food, she then called me asked me how many pieces of chicken I Bought, When I told her 21 pieces she then told me there was only 16 pieces and even the chip size were small. Has is become so bad in this day and age that now you have to count the amount of pieces of chicken before you leave the shop
