KFC Customer care centre clearly doesn't care

Firstly, waited in line for al teast 35min in the drivethru, someone came and said there was a problem with the card machines and apologised for the wait. Eventually ordered a Fully loaded tower box meal. Asked for the chicken piece to be a breast piece. Another 10 min wait in line, finally arrive at front, notice there is nothing wrong with their payment system, they just used it as an excuse. They wanted to charge me for a buddy coke instead of machine, I corrected them and was charged R 69. I pay no problem. Get my meal. Leave. When I arrive home I notice the "tower burger" is just two pieces of bread and a hashbrown (nothing else), the chicken piece is a drumstick, the mash and gravy is only gravy and the coke tastes like someone poured dishwashing liquid in the machine. Phoned customer service and got ref number: CAS-30966-P5D9J9, was told someone would phone me within 24h. This was Sunday afternoon 03/10/2013. Still no contact. Very dissapointed and actually quite angry at the level of service received.
