KFC delivered horrible food

I place an order for delivery today and ordered the fully loaded box meal, I asked for no garnish on the burger witch was confirmed by the women on the phone, I received my order pretty fast so that was cool, but when I opened my food I was very disappointed, the burger had garnish on it, the chips tasted like yesterdays and the chicken looked like they dipped it in oil before they sent it. so I threw away the chicken and fries.
Sadly I wont be ordering again.
