On the 02/12/2013 at aprox 18:30, my partner and I decided to order some finger licking good kfc from their meerensee branch in Richards Bay. Unfortunately, the service was predictably poor and the quality was rather grizzly. Upon receiving our order (20 min later) from the drive through, we were horrified to find blood seeping into the paper packaging that housed my piece of chicken!! Needless to say we returned the package without incident, however, this is not the first time we have complained about this branches service and the quality of their chicken portions. We are continuously served with wet and soggy pieces of meat, of which the outer layer gets stuck to the packaging upon attempting to remove it, In addition, the actual portions seem to be of very poor quality. I can understand waiting 20 min for your meal if the branch is having a particular problem or if they are extremely busy, I will not, however, lick fingers!!!
