Ignorance to customer complaint by kfc

As per my previous complaint on hello peter regarding pathettic service standards and horrible food, I now report being ignored by kfc customer care and kfc meerensee area manager despite several calls and sms nobody is willing to assist!! They just decide to close my case without resolving.total disgrace!!! I will now take this to the media and expose this disgusting business as I have proof!!
