Extremely poor service delivery

We went the fairways mcdonalds in fourways placed our order and were told to wait in the parking lot for our food, after about 20 minutes we started to become impatient as it is fast food and it seemed as if it would never come, I went to ask for a refund and got no response from any of the employees. I eventually got so frustrated that I started raising my voice, so much so that a guy eventually came from the back to help me with my query, after which it still took another 10 minutes to get my refund after which I was met with sour looks and an over all feeling of unwelcomness, at the end of the day I left there hungry and having wasted 40 minutes of my life
