Bad service and shocking attitudes

At 5pm I went into Dros Three Rivers and placed an order at the front desk with a waiter of three pizzas for takeaway, to which I was told that it would take 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I asked the waiter where my order was and I was told that someone had gone out to buy fresh pineapple but he will go check in the kitchen... I then followed him and I hear the waiters and managers discussing between themselves that they gave my order to other customers. I then asked for the managers name and another waiter then told me that there is no need to complain, at that point the manager came out and told me that I would need to wait another 20 minutes for my pizzas. I told them to leave it and left. I was not even given an apology. I think this is pathetic and this seriously needs to be dealt with.
