Bad service!!!

I went to mc D's drive thru and placed my order then pd at the next counter and when I had to get my food they told me to wait in the parking lot. Already annoid at this (because this was not the first time and that defeats the purpose of drive threws) I asked how long I must wai. They said 3 minutes so I went and waited. After 10 minutes I went in to go fetch my order and then they forgot my toys aswell and I waited another 2 minutes. 15 minutes at mc d is way to long for me as they promist fast service. Super annoid!! Do not call it a drive thru if I must go wait in the parking area.
