Whole experience just bad!!

After waiting in line for about 20 minutes I was eventually helped. All I wanted was a small burger and fries. After another 10 minutes of waiting in line I paid with my debit card and an amount of R 145 went off. Now that is quite steep for a burger and chips, if your order amounted to R 22. After calling the manager she said they would refund me the difference in cash. I must collect my food and just wait in the parking area. When I got to the next window to get my order they fought with me for not paying and I had no slip to confirm anything. Eventually I showed them the sms that went off on my phone. Now my lunch hour is almost over and I wait in the car for my money. They bring R 113... they deducted R 32 from the total amount paid instead of the R 22. After telling the lady that she goes back to fetch the rest of my money and comes back with R 5... So by this time I am so late for work and really frustrated, and left without the rest. I just think that this is unacceptable. In the first place it is 'fast food'... and secondly they should first confirm your amount due before they swipe your card. The whole experience was just bad... and the food was cold to top it all off.
