SCELO SHIFT MANAGER INCOMPITENT

Today 04/05/2013 around 17:00. we went to McDonald in Centurion (next to the mall) and were told to go and wait in the parking lot after we ordered our food, what is the point of going through the drive-through if you can might as well just go in and place your order there? We waited for more or less 30 minutes & after i reversed back and asked the lady who told us about our food.what happen after they started laughing about us as if we were begged for food. Few minutes later the shift manager SCELO called security on us telling us to go back to the parking and wait. i told him about us being waiting there for 30 minutes and he also started to laughing and went back and came out to tell us that they cashier said she forgot about us after the called security on us... i feld that was was treated like a bagger for the food that i paid for... I suppose nothing will happen to these people looking at the number of complaints. I really do wish that someone take note of this complaint and do something about... i will never go to any McDonald again.
