Bad service

Good day
I work close to the McDonalds in Gateway; Umhlanga in Durban. I go to order from the breakfast menu regularly and have never really been impressed by the employee attitude and service at this McDonalds. But today was unfortunately the last straw. When I arrive at 07:02 there was one person behind the counter after a wait of 8 minutes I eventually was served then it took them 20 minutes to prepare my order after which chicken foldover has a very strong vinigar taste. I have had these type of issues before with them and I would like to let people know so that they can avoid crude and bad service; horrible food and save their money by going somewhere else where they are willing to serve you as a client and not a dog.
