20 minute wait with 3 customers

Last night i went to McDonalds to pick up some food for the family. It was just after 10pm when i arrived at the drive thru and placed my order. Granted, it was more than just a burger and chips but the wait was unacceptable. I waited for 20 minutes in the Grill section for my food. There were only 2 other customers behind me in the line who waited about 15 minutes for their food, yet they received their food before me. This is fast food, not ''wait 20 minutes for food that is not restaurant quality''. Perhaps you should put a sign in your drive thru stating that a 20 minute wait should be expected for any order you make. The staff was polite and apologised for the inconvenience, however, that should not have been necessary. I am extremely unimpressed. in addition my Mc Flurry, which was supposed to be choc caramel, had no trace of caramel in it. Mc Donalds, your Noordhoek branch needs a lot of work. I won't be going back, and neither will any of my family or friends. Perhaps you should relay the message of how important customer retention management is to your staff and managers.
