My family and I decided to order McDonalds for Sunday supper. We placed an order in the Drive Through at McDonalds Linton Grange yesterday, 17 February 2013 at 16:45. After paying for it we proceeded to window to collect food only to be told we have to wait. The lady gave our Mcflurry's and we waited in parking lot for about 15 minutes. Then someone came to hand us our food AND to tell us that sorry unfortunately theres no nuggets so we cannot get a Nugget Happy Meal or the separate order of 10 nuggets ordered. Can she refund us or get us something else. My husband asked for a refund. Why were we not told this when we placed the order or when we collected food at 2nd window. Every time we go to McDonalds (might i add this is at least once a week) we are made to wait in the parking area after placing an order in a drive through. Service is really bad at this McDonalds and something should be done about this. no apology was offered to us for our time waisted waiting for something that wasn't even in stock. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER MCDONALDS LINTON GRANGE!
