I as a loyal customer that has been shopping in this store for the past 3 years that I have built a strong relationship with Cashiers that make me feel welcomed all the time as we walk into the shop, but lately, I'm so disgusted by the way a Cashier was treated by the so called Supervisor that shouted at the Cashier infront of customers (13/02/2013).
A cashier was busy assisting a customer with cashing up his goods, a customer told a cashier that I'm gonna get a cigarrette from the cigarrete counter and pay with all the goods, I was standing behind the customer, I heard him say that and he went to get a packet, as he went back to pay for it, she started screaming at the cashier infront of customers, that I believe was RUDE.
I'm also a supervisor, I deal with customers and staff, if a staff member is wrong, the correct manner to show respect and make your staff members appreciated, so that they can provide the best service to our customers, when you see or feel that they are at wrong, call the aside and correct them or for haven sake wait for end of day then present all the issues you have with all staff members, can you emagine how belittled the Cashier should have felt, how customers felt.
