Mananger who does not comply with CPA!!!

Is Pick n Pay CPA compliant or not? I was doing my shopping on the 20th April 2013 at Pick 'n Pay Hazyview. I took a 400ml NIVEA body lotion which was priced R25 but on the till was R75. I asked the cashier why, she said they might have done mistake and she called the floor Manager (Charles Nkosi) He was so arrogant and did not want to listen to my story or rather apologise, he said, he is not gonna give me with the price i saw because it was a wrong price that was put there."Because now you know the correct price so pay it"said Charles with a rude voice. I said to him i must pay the price which i saw as per CPA (Consumer Protection Act) I have the right to fair and responsible marketing- Price that i see is the price that i must pay but he refused. I was treated unfairly by the floor Manager, he does not have customer service (he is Rude), he does not have problem solving skills (he uses"win lose approach") no respect to customers, he does not listen to customers complaint etc. I need that Lotion with the price which was there. Please consider taking him to training on HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, &ALSO TREAT THEM FAIRLY. RESPECT IS A VALUE THAT HE MUST PORTRAY & MUST COMPLY WITH D ACTS
