My wife & i visited Makro Alberton when we got to the till we realised that my wife forgot her ID we asked cashier if we can use our Makro card to pay to which she replied that my wife can go to customer care and find out, i unpacked the trolley cashier started ringing up, my wife returned to the cashier and advised that customer care advised her that the supervisor would have to call RCS for manual verification on her. The cashier called Natasha Sanderson the supervisor who was very rude towards us and unhelpful she called her manager JK Kudumela who went back with us to customer care only to hear the lady tell him that he needs to call RCS for verification JK Kudumela refused to call and gave us a very hard time which was very unprofessional for a manager. We bought goods to the value of /- 3500, the treatment we received from your supervisor and your manager pathetic and unprofessional in the end we paid for our goods cash, we are regular customers of Makro and the unprofessional and unfriendly manner in which we were treated is not fair to us loyal Makro customers.
