Incorrect Order Placed and Given to us

This is not the first time this happened! On 29.08.2013 at 09:30 I ordered the am Risers without tomato by Sophie and we were given mini twisters by Joseph - we explained that this is not what we ordered and he just laughed and said its what the slip says. He could not even tell us if it was the same price as the Risers that we ordered!!!
On top of this order given to us that we did not order - the food was OLD and Tomato on the twisters after we said NO Tomato!!!
This is unacceptable as I am a paying client and expected what I paid for!!!
